Day 9 - A picture of a person who has gotten you through the most.

This is Rachel. We were room-mates for several years, and because of this we saw each other through all sorts of drama. She is my go-to lady when it comes to relationships, funny stories, or weird occurrences in my life! We eventually moved to different places, but there were several times when she would come over just to catch up. Besides, she is one of the few people I know who can quote Friends as well as I can!

Day 10 - picture of a person you do the most screwed up things with.

I'm tacking this on here, because let's be honest, I did some pretty crazy stuff in college with my room-mates (not too crazy, though). There was the infamous "old boyfriend memento" barbeque on the deck. Then there were all the crazy room-mate pranks including a panty raid, relocated Christmas trees, random plants showing up in the bathroom, etc. I think the best thing ever was the Bingo chart, inspired by Catherine. I won't go into too much detail because let's be honest, it's embarrassing, but if you need to know come over to my house and I'll show you!

8 - Laughter

Day 8 - a picture that makes you laugh

Once again, wish I had more pictures on this computer. However, this picture makes me laugh. This is from our trip to Hawaii. Mitchell and Carson found these giant palm fronds, and they were busy "sweeping" each other with them. It was probably not very nice for the one being sweeped, but it was hilarious to watch!

7 - Treasured

Day 7 - A picture of your most treasured item.

Here lies the opportunity to reveal myself as materialistic or prove myself above those things...

After much debate I determined to interpret this requirement rather loosely. So there - I treasure toilets, because I hate to think of the alternative! Also, if I didn't have this item, my neighbors would probably hate me. (Sorry, there was no possible way I could take this question seriously!)

6 - Trade

I don't know this person, but I want to go there!

Seriously, I would love to be sleeping in a hammock on the beach. However, the weather here is much improved. Now I just need to work on the sleeping bit!

5 - Memories

Day 05 - A picture of you and your favorite memory

This one was particularly difficult for me because I have too many favorite memories, and because I don't have a ton of pictures on this computer, so that limited my options. Therefore, I selected two memories!

This handsome fellow is my brother Blake. That is his camera face... don't ask. Anyways, he is in the process of filling glass bottles with home-made rootbeer. Now, this was my mom's project, which she started because her dad (my grandpa) used to make home-made rootbeer with yeast, then let them ferment in a bottle to get some carbonation. I don't know if you can see the stack of bottles on the counter next to Mitchell. However, this particular batch had just a little too much kick. Anyways, a couple of days later I'm sitting in my room in the basement minding my own bussiness when I hear an explosion. Turns out too much carbonation had built up in the bottle, and it had exploded! I think two or three of them exploded before we could get them under control. Turns out they all tasted awful, and they were probably borderline alcoholic. Therefore, instead of drinking them, we took them outside and popped the corks off where they exploded like champagne!

Second memory: Me, Blake, and Mitchell at Disneyland, CA. My family is lucky enough to be able to go to Disneyland quite often. I just selected a random disney picture. However, I love these trips! I spend the entire day with these fellows, and we all like to spend the day in Disneyland on Indiana Jones and Space mountain. The food is way too expensive, but it's also delicious. Then we stay until close and ride the tea cup ride until we are nearly sick because there is no one in line at that time of night. These trips usually include an outing to Newport beach, which I love, and I more often than not am sunburnt by the end of the trip. Seriously, we have so much fun! Is it summer yet?

And day 4 - Post a picture of your Prince Charming
My favorite show of late is the Vampire Diaries. Say what you may, but I like vampire movies (not Twilight inspired). Seriously, I own the old Dracula movie if you want to borrow it. Anyways, love this show. I also decided to combine this requirement with the "prince charming" requirement. I can't say I have one of those, but in searching for pictures for my favorite TV show, I decided that Damon (Ian Somerhalder) would suffice. For those of you that are Lost fans, he played Boone in the first season. I think his character is hilarious, and besides, he's hot (yes, I realize that is oh so shallow). Anyways, there you go. Prince Charming: check!

Day 2 - A picture of you and someone you're close with

I cheated, and picked multiple someone's! Rachel, me, Amanda, Catherine, and Kate. This photo is a little older, but who cares. This was from my friend Amanda's wedding. During college in Salt Lake I lived with all of these ladies at some point, and we had way too much fun as roomies! Now three of them are married, one is in medical school, and I live out of state, so it gets hard to keep in contact. However, I would probably still consider them my best friends!
