Moving on

Okay, I'm sick of those picture posts. Mostly because some of the requirements start getting really weird, or repetitive. Whatever, new month, new topics! That's really all I had to say, mostly because I don't have any interesting pictures to post at the moment. Maybe tomorrow!

15 - Bucket list

Day 15 - a picture of something you want to do before you die.

Oo, this one could be a lot of fun. Sorta like a forced bucket list. I'm going to go ahead and make a list, but I might run out after like two things...

Okay, this one is pretty dumb, but in college someone told me how they had thrown a slushie at someone in a movie theater. I thought that was hilarious. It kinda became a joke between us that throwing a slushie was on my "bucket list". However, this is mean, and I probably would never actually do it! It is funny to watch people get all kinds of slushied on Glee, though!

First real one, I really want to go skydiving someday. This also includes all those other extreme sports like hang-gliding, para-sailing, and bungee jumping. Really, I want to try those out sometime!

I want to learn how to play the guitar. I love listening to music with lots of guitar riffs, and I am totally in awe of those people that can play well. Someday when I get out of school I'm going to go sign up for lessons!

Finally, I would love to travel to Egypt and see the pyramids and the tombs. I have a fascination with Ancient Egypt, and I would love to see these places. I could come up with a whole list of travel places because there are dozens I would like to see including Europe, Australia, and Costa Rica. I do in fact have a passport, so I'm just waiting for that opportunity to flee the country!

13 - Band versus Artist

Day 13 - A picture of your favorite band or artist.

Well this one was pretty easy for me. My favorite band is 311, and my favorite artist is Bob Marley. Yes, love them both! I totally get on this reggae kick, and it all relates back to me liking the beach theme thing. Just for fun, on my iTunes, I have 77 songs by 311, and 55 songs by Bob Marley. Other related bands I enjoy include Slightly Stoopid, Sublime, Dispatch, Pepper, The Expendables, The Dualers, Echo movement, you get the idea. Seriously, I want to throw a luau just because I would have such an awesome soundtrack!

However, I have a pretty wide range of music likes outside this genera, including rock, alternative, disco, classic rock, and electronica. What can I say, I'm diverse!

12 - Love

Day 12 - a picture of something you love

Okay, I'm falling behind. It's finals week, what can I say! Honestly, I tend to find anything possible to do besides study... hence the random blog!

Anyone who has been to my house has probably picked up on the fact that I love beach stuff. Maybe not, it's kinda subtle... Anyways, right now this is my favorite scent, and I love it! It is called "vibrant and beachy" and it makes me feel like going to the beach. (Sorry, this is not meant to be an advertisement for Victoria's Secret products!) Seriously, though, right now this is something I love. I probably should have tossed a diet coke up too, because it is probably the only thing that will keep me motivated at this point!

11 - Hate this

Day 11 - A picture of something you hate.

Okay, this is just gross. Everyone should hate this! This is what drugs can do to your teeth, and is often referred to as "meth mouth." I haven't seen anyone quite this bad, but I have seen some that are pretty close. They always liked to show us pictures like this in lecture our sophomore year, and tease this will be our first patient, and we have to figure out what to do with them! Unfortunately it isn't that far from the truth. Yeah, these are pretty sad situations.

9 & 10 - Go to people

Day 9 - A picture of a person who has gotten you through the most.

This is Rachel. We were room-mates for several years, and because of this we saw each other through all sorts of drama. She is my go-to lady when it comes to relationships, funny stories, or weird occurrences in my life! We eventually moved to different places, but there were several times when she would come over just to catch up. Besides, she is one of the few people I know who can quote Friends as well as I can!

Day 10 - picture of a person you do the most screwed up things with.

I'm tacking this on here, because let's be honest, I did some pretty crazy stuff in college with my room-mates (not too crazy, though). There was the infamous "old boyfriend memento" barbeque on the deck. Then there were all the crazy room-mate pranks including a panty raid, relocated Christmas trees, random plants showing up in the bathroom, etc. I think the best thing ever was the Bingo chart, inspired by Catherine. I won't go into too much detail because let's be honest, it's embarrassing, but if you need to know come over to my house and I'll show you!
